As Mauritius celebrated its independence day on 12th March 2026, the children of our NGO marked the occasion at school on the 11th of March 2026. To celebrate this important national day, our girls took part in creative activities such as drawing and painting. Many of their artworks featured the Mauritian flag and other drawings in quadricolour.
The activity allowed the children to express their creativity while learning about the importance of this national celebration. At the end of the session, refreshments were offered to our child beneficiaries and they were also given small flags, making the celebration even more joyful and memorable.
